Sometimes, I feel an immense sense of pressure when it comes to selecting which images to share on socials from a whole day filled with so much emotion. When it comes to Celia + Ioane’s wedding, the images shared feel like only the tip of a great and magnificent iceberg from their day. How can so few images fully reveal the magnitude of love that was all encompassing on such a day of joy?
Their day was featured on @polkadotwedding today and reading through Celia’s reflections of the day brought back those electric feels that we felt as we navigated through the wedding. One of things I love the most from a celebration of love is when the couple bring together two different cultures and weave them intricately together, making you feel like the day isn’t just about the wedding, but a unifying river of cultures, flowing towards something so much greater.
